Our Premier Club Membership is an exclusive residential plumbing maintenance program designed for owner-occupied homes only. Memberships are not available for businesses or rental properties. This program helps reduce plumbing emergencies, extend the life of your plumbing system, and ensure priority service when you need it most.

Premier Club Membership Benefits

Membership Cancellation & Warranty Terms

Premier Club Memberships may be canceled at any time. If the membership is canceled or allowed to lapse, all extended warranties immediately revert to the standard 1-year parts and labor warranty from the original date of service. No warranties apply to stoppages.

Warranty Transfer Policy

Plumbing warranties do not automatically transfer between homeowners. A $150 transfer fee applies, and Premier Club membership must remain active without lapse. Only water heater warranties are eligible for transfer.

Right to Refuse or Terminate Service

Company reserves the right to refuse, decline, or terminate service at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances involving unsafe or hazardous working conditions, the presence of aggressive animals, unsanitary conditions, structural instability, code violations, customer harassment or inappropriate conduct, or failure to comply with payment terms.

In such cases, the customer will remain responsible for payment for work performed and/or trip charges incurred prior to service refusal or termination.
